I have always been a baseball guy. Not long ago I
was struck by inspiration to combine my favorite sport with my favorite
gentlemanly accessory: cufflinks. Like many artisans, my project started as a
hobby before becoming Sports Cufflinks and Jewelry. I made a few for myself
before giving some to close friends. What started as a pair of baseball
cufflinks eventually became a place dedicated to helping others transform their
special sports moments into wearable accessories. You too can have the ability

The cufflinks are handcrafted using a real gold baseball. 24-karat gold is
infused into the leather, which is then used to build the baseball. Much time
was spent to carefully remove the leather cover and cut out the cover and red
stitching used in the cufflinks, maintaining the high quality that the baseball
itself is made.
The cufflinks themselves are 18K gold filled. Gold filled is made by using heat
and pressure to apply a layer of 18K gold to a brass base. The gold layer is
hundreds of times thicker than a gold plating. The cufflinks are 18mm wide,
about the size of a dime. They are nickel-free and lead-free. They have a
smooth, mirrorlike appearance.
